OUTDOOR TECHNICAL ASSESSMENT TOOL

          The Outdoor Technical Assessment Tool OTAT was created to be able to assess the different outdoor destinations in the province of Camarines Norte. This tool is the simplified version and is not a comprehensive tool for the technical descriptions and features of each destination.
